With one of our Directors being the ex Regional Home Loans Manager for Nedbank KZN, E Cape, Northern Cape and Free State, bond origination company Property Finance Solutions is well respected for its experience in obtaining for our clients a home loan approval at the best interest rate. We are based in Durban but assist agents, developers and private individual and business clients throughout the country based on our national contracts with all the major banks.

For 2021, we have been awarded first position for Quarter 1, Quarter 2, Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 for the highest and best conversion ratio of Intake loans to approved loans. This is within the Mortgage Max structure.

Another proud accolade is having been awarded ABSA BANK FASTEST MARKET SHARE GROWTH FOR 2021.
